I loved walking through Chinatown, which was just a short stroll away, and the nearby Ferry Building was perfect for my morning coffee runs. the hotel really made my solo adventure feel effortless with its comfy room and thoughtful amenities like filtered water on each floor.

The spacious amenities were great, but housekeeping was unresponsive during our stay.

I had an amazing time enjoying the breathtaking bay view from our Executive King Room. The hotel is nestled in a fantastic area with plenty of dining options, making it perfect for family outings. It felt so refreshing to be here, especially with my son.

My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for them.

The room was super modern with amazing amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and complimentary toiletries. The fitness center was well-equipped. The spacious bathroom included a roll-in shower and plenty of towels. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot.

The Jay, Autograph Collection exceeded all expectations! The room was beautifully renovated with a skyline view, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The fully enclosed shower and plenty of USB outlets made staying comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home by the bay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Autograph Collection in San Francisco. The room's stunning view of the Bay Bridge and the comfort of the bed were highlights. Although the parking costs were a bit steep, the overall experience was delightful.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service

As a solo traveler, I enjoyed a comfy night in a Jay Signature King Room with City View. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Jared, who went above and beyond during my event. I loved that complimentary coffee was offered downstairs—perfect for a quick morning pick-me-up! Pro tip, Allow some extra time for the elevator when checking out, as reception is not on the same floor as the exit.

Perfect for a Business Traveler.

Had a great time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed a kettle for my room. They came through quickly, and threw in some mugs for good measure. Also, the view from my room was fantastic, overlooking the bay. I felt so relaxed after a long day of meetings, melting into that comfy bed.

It wasn’t exactly economical, but the experience was worth every penny.
